CORNHOLE / BUYING GUIDE
A better cornhole brief starts with these five decisions.
A useful quotation starts with a clear product brief — not just a reference photo.

01 / Define the intended assortment
Start with the customer and the way the set will be sold. Is this a branded outdoor collection, a promotional order or an entry-level recreational range? Share the destination market, planned quantity and reference products. A supplier can discuss options more usefully when the commercial direction is clear.
02 / Compare the construction
Ask what is included in the board specification: panel material, frame, leg structure, surface treatment and hardware. A similar-looking photograph can represent different constructions. Use an agreed specification and sample as the reference point, rather than comparing the price of images alone.
03 / Review artwork as part of the product
Confirm the print area, artwork file, color references and how the graphic works with the selected surface. A logo mockup is a starting point. Ask to review the sample finish and the actual graphic application before signing off bulk production.
04 / Complete the set
Write down the number of boards, bean bags, carry bags and any additional pieces. Discuss the bag fabric, filling requirements and presentation. The accessory list can materially change the quotation and the customer experience, so treat it as part of the specification.
05 / Agree on packing and approval
Explain whether the product will go through retail distribution, direct parcel shipping or another channel. Review protection, carton dimensions, labeling and the sample approval process. Ask for MOQ and lead time against that complete brief; avoid assuming one timing or quantity applies to every configuration.
