Typically, the MOQ for large items is 500 (large items over $30 per unit), and the MOQ for small items is 1000 (small items under $30 per unit).

For products that do not cost much per unit, we are happy to provide free samples and you only need to pay for the shipping cost.

There was a delay which caused the customer to miss the sales season.
Solution; workshop stage feedback important nodes to follow up, optimize the process, including production, inspection, booking, documents operation optimization, reduce the production cycle 1 week.

Our quality control department found some moldy products when the goods were about to be shipped.
Later, we investigated that due to the high humidity during the rainy season, all the products had to be scrapped as they had already been painted and could not be reworked for re-use.
